The Courtroom and Antechamber
These two beautiful rooms were occupied by the Federal Court before the Civil War. It was here that Judge Magrath renounced his allegiance to the United States government upon the secession of the state of South Carolina. They are perfect for receptions, meetings, luncheons, or dinners.
The Courtroom capacity is limited to 100 seated and Antechamber Capacity limited to 30 seated.
The capacity for Antechamber only is limited to 30 seated.

The Drawing Rooms
One can imagine President Monroe acknowledging the crowd below from the balcony or a bride throwing her bouquet. These rooms were also used as classrooms for the Confederate Home and College. These rooms contain antique furniture and paintings and are perfect for receptions, meetings, luncheons, or dinners. Your guests may also enjoy the porch outside the rooms.
Capacity is limited to 55 seated, 75 standing for East and West Drawing Rooms.

Our garden provides a stunning outdoor setting perfect for gatherings of up to 200 guests. With two picturesque fountain areas, the property offers charming spaces for guests to mingle, relax, and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings.
